Digital recorders of the speech information "AMUR"

What do AMUR recorders represent?

It is a complex consisting of one or several PCI printed-circuit boards that are inserted into the personal computer and/or Ethernet external devices, USB devices and software.

In total there are three types of PCI recorders:

AMUR-PCI-A-18 For registration of telephone conversations circulating in analogue lines (microphones, radio etc.) AMUR-PCI-BRI-6– For registration of telephone conversations circulating in BRI digital lines (up to 6 lines on one printed-circuit board), AMUR-PCI-E1-3  – For registration of digital streams PRI (up to 3 streams on one printed-circuit board).
There are also  AMUR-USB-A-6 devices - for registration of telephone conversations circulating in analogue lines: microphones, radio (up to 6 channels) and Ethernet devices AMUR-NET-A-6 - for registration of telephone conversations on analogue lines (up to 6 channels); AMUR-NET-BRI-6   - for registration of telephone conversations on digital lines BRI (up to 6 lines).

What is the way of the recorders’ connection to the telephone line?

All complexes are connected by means of twisted signal line, the category 5. AMUR-PCI-BRI-6 (digital lines) complexes, AMUR-PCI-18, AMUR-06 (analogue lines) are connected in parallel with two cables of the telephone line (digital/ analogue correspondingly) in any point of the line. Usually the connection is carried out with use of ATS cross. AMUR-PCI-E1-3 complex is connected in parallel with four cables of PRI digital stream: two Tx strands and two Rx strands in any point. If the length of the cable from the printed-circuit board to the connection point to the stream exceeds 10 metres, it is necessary to use E1 probe device. It allows to connect to the stream on the distance of up to 300 metres. The power for E1 probe device can be taken from E1 printed-circuit board, having closed the crosspieces on it. Or from the external power supply 27-28V (30V is not supposed). The numbers of the contact points on the backplane slot of the printed-circuit board of the recorder for each channel are specified in the documentation.

Whether it is possible to work with AMUR recorders using the local network or Internet?

All the programs of the complex – Monitoring, Base, User Manager work using TCP/IP protocol. Work from remote work stations of the local network, practically, does not differ from work at the computer with the mounted recorder (server) printed-circuit board. At the same time we do not recommend you to work with the complex by means of Internet for reasons of confidentiality of the records in the Base. Besides the complex is not capable to work through Proxy server.
