ATRIS

     The notification system "ATRIS" is intended for transfer of the necessary speech message (notification) to the set subscribers over the analog telephone channels of city, institutional and office ATS. High capacity is provided due to the at the use of up to 12 channels simultaneously by one notification printed-circuit board.
     Data about subscribers, their telephone numbers and informational speech messages are stored in the database at the disk of the system controlling computer. When it is necessary to inform the subscribers selected from a database, the system equipment dials their telephone numbers using the channels of the ATS and in case of successful dial-up it transfers the set audio message to the channel. The adaptable and convenient setting of notification allows notifying the maximal quantity of subscribers in a short period of time. Printed-circuit board ATRIS can be used as a telephone answering device.
  Functional capabilities of the system:
  • Maximal quantity of simultaneously serviced channels by one printed-circuit-board of notification - from 2 to 12, with possibility of program change of the connected channels configuration and automated estimation of the line condition.
  • The quantity of printed-circuit-boards of notification in the system is 3, and accordingly the maximum quantity of simultaneously used channels is 36.
  • Dialing is sphygmic or tone.
  • Automated detection of the line’s state while dealing to the subscriber.
  • Definition of the fact of connection with the subscriber.
  • Access isolation for the users.
  • Record of data messages to the base of messages from the microphone or from the telephone set.
  • Monitoring of the previously recorded messages.
  • Quick selection of any of  the available messages for transmission to the phone line.
  • Possibility of definition of fields of the subscribers’ database (the name, width) and their on-stream reconfigurations.
  • The subscribers’ database maintenance (addition, removal, change, sorting and information search).
  • List maintenance for selective call of subscribers.
  • Possibility of selection of subscribers for the individual call (choice from the list) or from the beforehand prepared groups.
  • Possibility of presetting of the start and finish time of subscriber call.
  • Possibility of operation with several databases of subscribers.
  • Saving of the protocol of operation with a subscriber.
  • Saving of the protocol of operation with the program. 
Technical characteristics:
  • Quantity of channels on one printed- circuit board of the notification is up to 12.
  • Transformer galvanic isolation with isolation power of 500 V per each channel.
  • Input resistance on the frequency of 1000 Hz - 600 Ohm, +20 %. The nominal level of the output signal - 0 dB.
  • The Range of the input levels - from 0 dB to minus 60 dB. The frequency band of the through path on the level 3 dB - 300 Hz - 3400 Hz.
  • All-electronic switching.
  • Resistance of the public key - no more than 30 Ohm.
  • Dialing is tone and sphygmic
  • There is a self-recovering protection against power excess at level 230V.
  • There is a control over power level on the phone line, and its state is accordingly controlled also.
  • There is a self-diagnosis and workability control in a manual and automatic mode.
There are following minimal requirements which are demanded to the configuration of the consumer’s computer when the system is installed on it:
  • Pentium-200.
  • 32 MB the RAM.
  • Availability of one free expansion slot (PCI-32bit).
  • Not less than 500 megabytes of free disk space.
  • The Software operates in Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0, Windows XP operating systems.
